Historic Conservation Plan - HCP

• Owner: Mairie de Laon.

• Footage: nearly 44 hectares.

• Focus: Conservation and urban regeneration strategies in a context of a small-sized shrinking city.

• This project also carries an academic dimension. The site of the Saint Vincent Abbey was given as a students’ project at SOAD, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Studio 08, ARCH5500, Section 04.
